主要用于DIP生产线中波峰焊与补焊线连接，具有传送、冷却功能。Mainly used for connecting wave soldering and repair soldering lines in DIP production lines, with conveying and cooling functions.
输送方式为防滑链式输送，宽度和链条类型可根据需要定制。 The conveying method is anti slip chain conveying, and the width and chain type can be customized according to needs.
可根据需要调速，控制马达传送速度。Speed can be adjusted as needed to control the motor transmission speed.
通过马达运输，PLC控制。Through motor transportation and PLC control.
设备标准长度为2000mm，出口1120±20mm(根据波峰焊出口实际高度为准），接驳台高度900±20mm。The standard length of the equipment is 2000mm, with an outlet of 1120 ± 20mm (based on the actual height of the wave soldering outlet), and a connecting platform height of 900 ± 20mm.
机架采用方管、铝型材机构。The rack adopts a square tube and aluminum profile mechanism.
出口增加停板感应器。Add a stop plate sensor to the export.
